Lino 2

This is the second pair of Lino cuts of la Gomera. I really like the overlay of these especially after clearing a bit more background. This pair is definitely ready to try on higher quality paper with some colour on the background. I had a little play the other day with painting the Japanese paper but it did not give the result I wanted. I may look at doing a plain painted block or even a painted woodblock and also try different media…. work in progress.
