These illustrations were a brief to produce five double page spreads to illustrate a story.
Francolin is a traditional African story about a man who moves into the hills from the lake. He clears land and plants his crops. One night he sees the Francolin help collect his harvest, some of which he shares with the bird, offering his thanks for the birds help.
