52Frames Roll of 24 Week 50

Roll of 24, the challenge from 52Frames this week, refers back to film photography. The idea is to shoot 24 photos and then just pick one. I decided to go with photography this week, partly as I had an idea shooting Xmas lights, and partly as I was busy and stupidly thought it might be quicker!! My idea was to walk out of the house one evening and take photos of 24 xmas lights in my area. First it was freezing, but then the lights looked lovely in the icy weather. Second processing 24 separate shots has been time consuming. I did not use a tripod as it was simply too cold to set stuff up, as such the quality of the pics is very variable. A number of the lights were flashing or got lighter and darker, but that is also quite interesting. Overall I am pleased with it, and I think the fact it was fun shows in the finished image.

So here is my Christmas 24 photo image for this week. Happy Christmas!
